OUR PRIVACY POLICY

1. Who We Are

The Mighty KSGR is an internet radio service operated by GRTV Media LLC in Rialto, California. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use The Mighty KSGR mobile application, progressive web application, website, or related streaming services (collectively, the “Service”).

2. Information We Do Not Directly Collect

The Mighty KSGR currently does not require users to create an account or sign in. We do not use the app to request or directly collect your name, postal address, payment information, contacts, health information, or precise geographic location.

3. Information Processed Automatically

When you access the Service, ordinary technical information may be processed automatically by our website host, app-distribution platform, streaming provider, or similar service providers. Depending on the service used, this may include:

Internet Protocol (IP) address;
device type, operating system, browser type, and app version;
general or approximate location inferred from an IP address;
dates and times of access, stream connections, listening duration, and basic app interactions; and
diagnostic, performance, security, or crash information.

We use or receive this information only as reasonably necessary to deliver the broadcast, maintain and secure the Service, understand general audience activity, troubleshoot problems, and improve performance. We do not use the app to collect precise GPS location.

4. Streaming Provider

KSGR currently uses Radio.co to host and deliver its internet radio stream. When a listener starts the stream, the listener's device communicates with Radio.co, which may process technical and listening information under its own privacy terms. 5. Other Stations, Directories, Links, and Rebroadcasts

KSGR programming may be listed, linked, embedded, syndicated, carried, or rebroadcast by independent internet stations, radio directories, websites, apps, smart-speaker services, social platforms, or other third parties. Those third parties are independently responsible for their services and privacy practices. Information you provide to, or that is collected by, an outside platform is governed by that platform's privacy policy, not this Policy. The Mighty KSGR and GRTV Media LLC do not control independent third-party websites or applications.

6. Advertising

KSGR programming may contain ordinary broadcast sponsorships, underwriting messages, paid placements, or audio commercials. The current app does not use a third-party mobile advertising SDK to serve personalized in-app advertising. If we later introduce display advertising, personalized advertising, or an advertising SDK that collects or shares user data, we will update this Privacy Policy and the app's Google Play disclosures before or when that change becomes effective, as required.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The KSGR website, embedded player, hosting provider, or third-party services may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies for essential operation, preferences, audience measurement, security, and performance. Browser controls may allow you to block or delete cookies, although doing so may affect some features.

8. How Information May Be Shared

We do not sell personal information. Limited information may be processed or disclosed:

to service providers that host, distribute, secure, analyze, or deliver the Service;
when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request;
to investigate fraud, misuse, security threats, or violations of applicable terms; or
in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or transfer of the Service, subject to appropriate notice and legal protections.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information associated with the Service, including secure connections where supported. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

Because the app does not provide user accounts and KSGR does not directly create personal listener profiles, there is ordinarily no KSGR account data to delete. Technical records handled by our providers may be retained for the periods necessary to operate, secure, analyze, and comply with legal obligations for their services. You may contact us with a privacy or deletion request. We will review the request, respond as required by applicable law, and direct you to the relevant independent provider when the information is controlled by that provider.

11. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If we learn that such information has been collected directly by us, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

12. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal information. To submit a privacy question or request, contact us using the information below. We may need enough information to understand and verify the request, but we will not ask for information that is unnecessary to respond.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our app, streaming providers, advertising practices, or legal obligations change. The revised policy will be posted at the public Privacy Policy URL with a new effective or “last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated when required by law.
